Richard Allen Farmer on Bringing Unity through Multiple Gifts
On this episode of STEP INTO THE STORY, Phil sits down and talks with Dr. Richard Allen Farmer, an accomplished pastor and college chaplain.
Richard shares his story of coming to salvation at age 12 through reading a KJV Red Letter Bible his Mother had purchased at a local Redemption Center. At age 16, he told his Pastor he too, wanted to preach for the rest of his life.
He then went on to college where he majored in Piano & Voice and then later, Seminary. When asked to pick between the two passions, Richard states: “I believe the Lord gave me the gift of preaching and the gift of music and I think I’m supposed to use both until I leave this earth.”
Richard shares his strong passion for life and how he uses his gifts for spiritual growth & motivation and bringing unity for every culture, tribe, and tongue now and throughout upcoming retirement.
