God’s Love and the Power of Words

As Christians in this politically charged world, our message of God’s love, compassion, and justice needs to be heard and it needs to be clear. But if love doesn’t lead and love isn’t loud, our words, regardless of how true or accurate they are, will not be heard. The power of our words will be lost.

As the Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13:1, “If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.”
