It's challenging to grasp the big picture of the Bible. Yet this is one of the most important steps to opening up the Word of God to the hearts and minds of children (and adults too)! The Old Testament live event has been helping children and adults for more than 30 years unravel the mystery of Scripture and understand the big picture of the Bible.

Throughout the Kids in the Book live event, children become actively involved with stories, lessons, games, puzzles, and other interesting activities aimed at teaching Old and New Testament themes. Each activity stimulates imagination, fosters creativity, and enhances group participation. If this all sounds like too much fun, it's because that's how kids learn and retain most effectively.

Through the Kids in the Book live event, kids gain lifelong benefits from participating in the Old and New Testament live events. They will learn how to:

• Understand the big picture of the Bible, and it will never be a mystery to them again.
• Understand the dynamics and scope of the God's plan.
• Use hand signs for key people, places, and events.
• Meet beloved biblical characters up close and personal.
• Pray and effectively read their Bible every day.
• Apply biblical principles to their everyday lives.

There are two Kids in the Book live events:

Kids in the Book Old Testament and the Kids in the Book New Testament. Both instill the same basic Bible overview as in the adult versions, but each is tailored for first-through-fourth graders.

The Kids in the Book one day live event includes:

• A certified Walk Thru the Bible Live Event Instructor will conduct the complete interactive one day live event.
• Access to an event host website which includes promotional materials, host guidelines, and more!
• Each child receives a workbook full of lessons that reinforce the teaching, games and puzzles. The workbook is theirs to take home. The workbook includes 30-days of devotional Bible readings to encourage them to continue their walk with the Lord.

Each live event can be scheduled on its own or in conjunction with adult live events, but one thing is certain: Kids in the Book will be a powerful building block for children and would make an excellent addition to your education program.
