Why do I get invoices or renewal notices after I’ve already responded? We make every effort to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes your response and our letters get crossed in the mail. If you receive a notice from us within 10 days of mailing your response, simply ignore it. If you receive several notices, it is possible that we did not receive your response, and you should contact individual subscriber customer service at 1-800-877-5539 or volume subscriber customer service at 1-800-998-0814.

I’m moving. How do I change my address? If you have moved, update both your street and e-mail address online by signing in at Subscriber Login. Or please notify us of the new mailing address by writing us at:

What if I received a damaged issue or a damaged box of magazines or I don’t receive an issue or shipment at all? If your magazine or magazine shipment arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive within two to four weeks, contact individual subscriber customer service at 1-800-877-5539 or volume subscriber customer service at 1-800-998-0814 to receive a replacement for the missing/damaged issue or magazine shipment. Can I get back issues of my magazine? Yes, you can! Depending on availability of quantities for each publication, back issues up to six months can be purchased. To order back issues, call 1-800-877-5539, and we will be happy to assist you with your order.

When does my subscription expire? Your subscription expiration date appears in the upper right-hand corner of your magazine address label. In the upper left-hand corner, directly above your name is the account number. Refer to this number in any correspondence for the quickest service. Also, please check that all your contact information on the label is correct.

When will I get my first issue and what month will it start? You can expect your first issue to arrive four to six weeks from when you placed your order.  If you would like to start a subscription immediately you can purchase the current monthby calling 1-800-877-5539, and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I get a sample copy of one of your magazines? You can view a sample copy of any one our five devotional magazines online. If you would like a hard copy of one of our magazines, you have the option to start an individual subscription with a free trial issue. If you want to continue receiving the magazine subscription, you’ll pay the full price.  If not, simply write “cancel” on the invoice, return it, and be under no further obligation. The trial issue is yours to keep. Or you can purchase a single copy by calling 1-800-877-5539 and we will be happy to assist you.
